Terms of service

Thank you for choosing Becky's Broncos Nantucket. We strive to provide the most fun vehicles as well as the best rental car service on island! Please note the following regarding our company rental car policy.

- All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and show a valid US driver's license

- All drivers must provide an active auto insurance policy number in order to pickup a vehicle

- All drivers including any additional drivers must also sign our rental agreement and provide their respective drivers' licenses and auto insurance policy information. 

- All vehicles must stay above the high tide mark while driving on permitted beaches

- All drivers assume full responsibility for any damages to our vehicles as well as any towing and/or damages incurred from being stuck on the beach or off road areas

- No smoking of any kind is allowed in our vehicles
